The Olin Electric Motorsports team is a group of students who design, build, and race a Formula One-style electric racecar each year. As the sole member of our Enclosures subteam in 2019, I developed several IP65-rated enclosures, including the dashboard and auxiliary sensor board enclosures. The enclosures were designed in SolidWorks, then manufactured using a combination of 3D printing and waterjetting out of ABS and PLA plastics.
